Case 5 - Full mouth rehabilitation to treat toothwear

This patient presented with a fractured front tooth and crowns that he was not happy with the appearance of, after having been treated for tooth wear by a previous dentist. Following detailed planning, we agreed on a plan to improve the aesthetics by changing the bite, completing whitening, providing new upper crowns and a bridge, partial dentures and composite bonding.

You can see how happy the patient is with his new smile!
