Case 8 - Complex full mouth rehabilitation to treat tooth wear

This patient had been a regular patient of mine for a few years and kept experiencing failing fillings on his upper front teeth, the cause of which was a reverse overbite as a result of tooth wear. We discussed many different options including implants, however the patient opted for a full mouth rehabilitation which I was able to complete using the skills I gained from my Masters degree.

Treatment involved changing the patient’s bite, placing crowns and a bridge on upper front teeth, composite bonding on the lower front teeth and upper and lower back teeth, and partial dentures.
